Yoga Bootcamp 4-Week Session

When muscle meets yoga, you get Yoga Bootcamp! Come enjoy a total body workout that takes you through Cardio- Core- Strength- & Flexibility and ends with a mini meditation! This class incorporates a wide range of movement mixing yoga poses with strength training moves like squats & lunges with free weights as you listen to upbeat tracks. This workout is designed to leave your body sculpted, strengthened, stretched, and sweaty! Open to all levels!  

$105 per person

  • WHAT TO BRING: a yoga mat, water bottle, towel, and free weights (3-5lbs)
